Any 369 manifestation method has an important connection to American inventor Nikola Tesla. Tesla believed that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 were special, and that they were very important and related to how the universe works and operates.

There is one really interesting thing about the numbers 3, 6, and 9 that I found however. If you study circles, the circle will always add up to 360, and no matter how many times you divide the circle there will always be a 3, a 6, or 9. Isn’t that pretty wild?

**How to implement the 369 manifestation method**

I currently know of three ways you can implement the 369 manifestation method. I personally do the second method. The time for your affirmations to materialize varies, but the minimum time you should do one of these methods daily is for 45 days. It will most likely take longer than 45 days for your affirmations to materialize however, so keep that in mind when doing one of these.

### The first way to implement it

You can implement the 369 manifestation method by writing down one affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night. This is a nice one for people who don’t have much free time throughout the day, as you only need to take out three chunks of time in your day. You should apply the 17 second rule for this method, thus it should take you 17 seconds to write down the affirmation.

### The second way

You can pick 3 affirmations instead of one. The way this method works is that you pick 3 affirmations, think of them each for 6 times a day, and visualize the affirmation and think about each one for 9 seconds each time. Think of the emotions you’ll feel when your manifestation materializes in the 9 seconds of thinking. Try to really bring it out within you.

There is no specific time frame on how much you should wait in between the 6 times you think of them, but I just try to remember as the day goes by. Sometimes it will be an hour or two in between each one, while another time it may be 30 minutes. Just make sure that you do it 6 times as that is the key, and the 17 second rule also applies to this method when writing your affirmations down.

### And the third way

This method of using the numbers 3, 6, and 9 in your manifesting may be the most popular.

With this method, you write the present tense of what you desire in the morning three times. In the afternoon, you write how your manifestation makes you feel 6 times. At night, you write down how you feel after your manifestation materialized 9 times. A good example of this is shown below.

**How many days do you do the 369 method?**

Most people do it for at least three days, but I’ve heard of people doing it for weeks or even months. The idea is that you do the same thing every day for a set period of time—and then at the end of that time period, you’ll see results!

Examples of things you can do:

- Write down your desires in a journal every day and close with “Thank You.”
- Meditate on your goals and visualize them coming true (this works best when you combine it with writing/drawing your goals).
- Daily affirmations like “I am grateful and prosperous” or “I love myself” are great too. They’re meant to be repeated over and over until they become ingrained in your brain.

**Important tips for any manifesting**

Always make sure to think of what you’re manifesting as already in the universe, it just has to come to you. Do this by using present tense by saying “I have”, and always use emotion in your manifesting. What emotion is your manifestation bringing out of you? Really think about this and always try to be happy and optimistic about the manifestation. Some examples include:

- I am so grateful that …
- I am so thrilled that …

Another important tip is to try to set a clear and specific intention for manifesting. For wealth, how much money do you want to be making a month? If you’re starting a new business, how many customers do you want a month? Think about this!
